LA LOGGIA DI PORTICA apartment is located on the first floor of an ancient building, in the heart of Assisi. Its location, not far away from the San Francis Basilic, from the Comune Square, Saint Claire Basilc and Carlo Acutis tomb, makes it a great starting point to visit all the attractions of the city.
Gently furnished with period antiques, matched with contemporary designed pieces, the apartment got original frescos, vaulted ceilings and perfectly preserved terracotta floorings. The balcony, which faces directly the very central and lively "Via Portica" , is one of the most iconic and ancient of the city.

Nearby you can find bars, typical trattorias, restaurants, pizzerias, with a small but well-stocked mini market right in front.
The apartment is located in one of the main city streets, where you can find various shops as clothing, footwear, souvenir, local products, bookstore, pharmacy and hairdressing. In the building there is no lift, but the apartment is on the first floor and accessible by few steps.

The Apartment is in a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), where you can still access by car for loading and unloading luggage.
La città è servita da numerosi parcheggi, con sconti particolari dedicati alla nostra struttura grazie all’utilizzo di un’apposita Card che forniremo al momento dell’arrivo.
Il parcheggio più comodo e vicino è il “Mojano Assisi Parking”, distante circa 5 minuti a piedi dall’appartamento.
